NoteLinker

NoteLinker syncs notes written in Notion directly to the HubSpot contact activity timeline. When your team finishes a discovery call or meeting and writes it up in Notion, NoteLinker automatically logs that note as an activity on the matching HubSpot contact record, no manual copy-paste required.

It's built for sales teams that write in Notion but report in HubSpot. The note shows up where managers and reps expect to find it, keeping deal context visible across the team without changing how anyone works.

1. Connect your HubSpot account via OAuth from the NoteLinker dashboard.
2. Connect your Notion workspace and select the database that contains your contact notes.
3. Make sure your Notion database includes an Email property. NoteLinker uses this to match each page to the right HubSpot contact.
4. Add a "Sync" checkbox property to your database. When you check it on a page, NoteLinker picks up the content and logs it to the corresponding contact's activity timeline in HubSpot.
5. That's it. Notes sync automatically from that point forward.
